StoneScript Terms of Use

1. Service

StoneScript provides seal-design, typography, carving-sequence annotation, AR transfer, export, and impression-comparison tools. Outputs are creative aids and learning references. They are not guarantees of carving results, dimensional precision, artistic quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Eligibility and device requirements

You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms. Minors must use the app with consent and guidance from a parent or guardian. Some features require a compatible Apple device, camera or photo permissions, and access to Apple App Store services.

3. Lawful use

Use StoneScript only for lawful art, study, and personal design. You must not use it to forge or reproduce official, financial, contractual, identity, or other regulated seals; infringe intellectual-property or personal rights; create unlawful, fraudulent, impersonating, threatening, or harmful content; or interfere with the app, StoreKit, or subscription verification.

4. Your content

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in text, images, designs, and repair records you create or import. You represent that you have all rights or permissions needed for imported artwork, font images, seal faces, photographs, and other materials. StoneScript does not acquire ownership of your content merely because you use the tools.

5. AR and impression comparison

AR accuracy varies with device hardware, focal distance, lighting, motion, reflections, and environmental tracking. Stabilize your device and remain aware of your surroundings. Do not operate AR while walking, driving, or in unsafe places.

Impression comparison locally overlays a captured impression with your digital draft and lets you mark areas that may need more carving, may be over-carved, or should retain their texture. These are your creative judgments; the app does not automatically determine proper carving technique or replace professional instruction. Additional carving is irreversible, so confirm your decision before cutting.

6. Auto-renewable subscriptions

• StoneScript offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The price, currency, duration, and included access shown by the App Store at purchase control.
• If Apple determines that you are eligible for a free trial or another introductory offer, its duration and renewal price appear in the purchase flow. If no offer is displayed, it is not currently available to that account or storefront.
• Apple charges your Apple Account after confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you disable renewal before the end of the current period as required by Apple.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings or the App Store subscription page. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Restore Purchases asks Apple to verify active entitlements. Apple handles refund requests and billing disputes under its policies.

7. Intellectual property

Except for user content and properly licensed third-party fonts, icons, and open-source components, the app's software, interface, brand, and original content belong to the developer or the relevant rights holder. Do not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, bypass protections, or create unauthorized derivative versions except where applicable law expressly permits. Fonts included in the app remain subject to their accompanying licenses.

8. External services

Apple provides subscriptions, and third parties may provide linked learning or support pages. Their availability, content, and data practices are governed by their own terms. StoneScript does not control or guarantee continued access to external services.

9. Changes and termination

We may update, change, or discontinue features for security, compatibility, compliance, or product improvement. Where permitted by law, access may be restricted if you violate these terms or use the app unlawfully. Active subscription rights remain subject to Apple's rules and applicable law.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

StoneScript is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by device differences, operating error, AR misalignment, carving decisions, material-rights disputes, data loss, or third-party services. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liabilities.

11. License, updates, and contact

The software license is governed by the Apple Standard EULA, and these terms supplement the rules for using StoneScript features and services. We may notify you of material changes through this page, an app update, or another appropriate channel. Contact: 892284544@qq.com.
